Top 5 Things Every Collage Graduate Must Do In Collage

Collage life is one of the best part in someone,s life . It is basically a span of 4 to 5  years . Utilizing this time in a organised way can shape carrer in a good way. So following are some of the must do things in collage life.

1. Talk to yourself and ask that how do u want to see yourself after graduation. In short ,  Try and find your passion or your long term goal.  A lot of students, atleast in India land up in courses where they did not want to be in the first place(Most of them ending up being engineers, doctors or lawyers, that is). This happens mostly because of parental pressure, or log kya kahenge(What will people think of us?). It’s okay if you’ve landed yourself in the wrong course, this is the time for you to give your passion a serious shot. It could be dance, music, theaters, sports, photography or just starting up your own company. Yes, you may fail and fall in the process, but that is only going to make you stronger. Who knows, you might just make a great career out of it! If you fail, you always have your college degree to fall back upon, and you have great story to tell your friends! .

2. Pick up a skill which is demanding and which can pay for your skill. In smaller words try to be financially independent it will help you mentally and economically for your long term goal. Do internship in that area and observe how corporate works .

3. Learn how to communicate with others: First and the foremost is a good communication skill. They are the essential part of the professional as well as personal life. work on your skills specially by interacting with as many people as you can. People you have never talked to before, people with a different cultural background.

4. Develop a physical routine: Mind and Body are two things to keep in best shape if you want to achieve success. Have a morning physical routine work on your body. Keep your body fit, maybe play some sports or just do jogging or join a gym but stay in a good shape. I am not asking you to make 6 pack just work out to stay fit and healthy.

5. Meet people, make friends - Socialize: Very rarely in your life will you be at a place with students from all over the country, and the world. You may have peers from different social, economic, national, and cultural backgrounds. Meeting them will not just expand your understanding of the world, but also make you more empathetic, culturally diverse, and socially immersed. It will also build your network map and strengthen your network density. We are constantly moving towards a “shared-economy”, and people are the new assets that run the world. In a few years you will be working at organizations where you will be interacting with diverse people. Why not start early?

6.  Be with the right people

You will make a lot of friends in college, you just have to stick to the right ones. There will be heartbreaks, there will be backstabbing, there will be times you'd be alone. But then remember, that there is no dearth of good people. Find the right ones who'll stand by you and who make you happy, and keep them for lifelong.

7. Go on a trip with your friends, at least once
It can be a week long trip to one of the most happening places, or a quiet weekend in a nearby city, or even a day-long road trip. Go for it! You will cherish it for life!

8. Read: This is one of the most important habits that you can possibly develop in your college years. Read fiction, news, entertainment, technology or anything that interests you! But make sure you read regularly. Regular reading is one habit that is not just going to add on to your knowledge and creativity, but shall also give you a perspective to life, that not many people will be able to give to you. Also try to maintain an average grade.

9. Don't worry too much . In short take a positive approach towards anything. There are several things to worry about when you're in college, it could be something like what impression you'd leave on others, what others think about you, what you want to do with life ahead, what grades will you score etc. It's okay to not have all the answers. Enjoy the journey and be happy with the way you are. The right people will love you for that.

10. **Be desciplined and consistent. With time to time in graduation year review the past and analyse in which field you are lagging behind. Focus on that area.
